What we fix day-to-day
Want a rough idea of what most jobs cost before you call? We keep things transparent and explain what drives price (access, parts, time on site, and whether it’s urgent). For a clear overview, see our plumbing prices in Bromley & Orpington.
Leaking pipes & fittings
Visible leaks, slow weeps, pinhole leaks, failed joints, and repairs after DIY attempts.
Toilets & flushing faults
Running cisterns, poor flush, leaks into the pan, and fix/replace valves and mechanisms.
Taps, showers & valves
Drips, low pressure, noisy pipework, stuck isolation valves and worn cartridges.
Blockages & drainage issues
Bad smells, slow draining, and the “it’s fine… until it isn’t” stuff. We deal with kitchen or bathroom sink blockage, plus outside drains and underground pipework problems that can affect more than one fixture.
When repairs can’t wait, the goal is simple: make it safe, stop the damage, then fix the cause properly — not with a temporary patch. If you’re dealing with a leak that’s actively worsening, flooding risk, or a total loss of water, start here for urgent plumbing emergencies. If you’re unsure what you’ll be charged just for attendance, here’s how call-out fees work.
Tell us what’s happening and your postcode — we’ll give you the quickest, cleanest route to a fix.

Most leak jobs fall into one of two buckets: visible (you can see it) or hidden (you can’t). The expensive mistakes usually happen when someone digs first and thinks later.
Common “where do I even start?” scenarios include a ceiling leak from a bathroom above, a water leak under the sink, or a letter about Thames Water leak notice and supply pipe responsibility. If any of those applies, click through first — it’ll stop you wasting time (or money) on the wrong fix.
If you’ve received a Thames Water letter (or you’ve been told there’s a leak with a deadline), use this as your starting point: Section 75 leak notice support.
If it’s leaking now, ring Stuart and we’ll talk you through the quickest safe fix route.
Call nowHidden/underground leaks
When there’s no obvious wet patch but the meter shows flow, the job is: confirm the likely line, narrow the location, then repair without turning your drive into a building site.
Before any repair starts, get it located properly: trace a hidden leak before any repair work starts.

Fastest option
Call 07706 889 614 and tell Stuart: 1) what’s leaking/blocked, 2) your postcode, and 3) when it started.
If it’s a leak notice situation, a photo of the letter + your water meter helps massively.
